On-Site Support Services

Compucel offers a basic on-site hardware maintenance program. Extended Support Service Programs are also offered.

If your LAN performs mission-critical applications, it must be reliable. Compucel offers a series of extended service offerings to meet those mission critical network needs. Since we understand the damaging effects of downtime, we will pay close attention to your situation and make sure you are up and running. All equipment that we supply and repair is tested to manufacture standards and is accompanied by 12 months warranty.

Priority One Support

This service provides immediate Certified Network Engineering (Novell, NT/2000) support for any requirement on equipment that has been identified as mission critical.

After Hours Support Compucel understands that the real world does not operate only from 9am to 5pm. For organizations that operate "after hours" and/or on weekends, we can provide qualified technical and maintenance repair for your computer and networking needs.
