Our TSD consultant first meets with you to determine the specific skill sets that are required for your staffing requirements. Other factors such as budget and staffing period are also reviewed. Generally, TSD only works with full time deployments lasting at least 3 months in duration. However, exceptions are made based upon the customers specific requirements.
Once the customers specific skill sets are determined, our TSD consultant creates a candidate profile. We take great effort to translate your requirements into the "right" candidate. After the profile is completed, we search our existing TSD staff and database resources to locate a pool of potential candidates. Our recruiting database is constantly updated using our automated telephone server.
The pool of candidates is first screened via a telephone interview by TSD staff. If the candidate passes this first "cut", then they are brought in for a personal interview with TSD recruiting and technical staff. Depending on the discipline, the candidate will also take a technical test that establishes a baseline competency in specific skill sets. We look very closely at each candidates communication skills and attitude. Our experience has shown that these skills are almost as important as technical skills.
Successful candidates that pass our personal screening are subject to credit and background checks before receiving a conditional offer of employment from Compucel (if existing TSD staff are not used).
The candidate is then presented to the customer. After successful review/interview
by the customer, a start date is established for the candidate.
